Privacy Notice

A short, plain explanation for a small garden game

PetalPath is a maze you wander with your finger or cursor. There's no growing player profile behind it, no login wall, and almost nothing for us to know about you beyond the fact that someone, somewhere, tapped some stepping stones.

The shape of the experience

Each session generates a fresh hedge maze, and you guide a little sprout icon from the start tile to the bloom tile. The maze gets a touch larger as you clear more gardens. None of that requires identifying you in any way.

What's stored, and where

Your current garden level and step count exist only in your browser's memory while the page is open, and reset if you reload. We do not currently persist long-term statistics across visits, which means there isn't even a localStorage record tied to this particular build of the game.

What we don't collect

No names, no emails, no phone numbers, no location data, and no device fingerprinting. We haven't connected any advertising network, social media pixel, or third-party analytics platform to this experience.

Cookies and trackers

PetalPath does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels. If a future update introduces persistent local storage for saved progress, that data would remain on your device only and this notice would be updated to say so plainly.

Server logs

Like virtually any website, our hosting infrastructure keeps brief, routine access logs to detect abuse and keep the service running. These are not used to build any kind of profile about visitors and are cycled out after a limited period.

Sharing with others

We have no data-sharing arrangements with advertisers, brokers, or analytics companies, because there's essentially no personal data here to share in the first place.

Changes to this notice

Should PetalPath's data practices ever evolve — for example, if we later add persistent best-score tracking — we will revise this page to describe exactly what changed and why.
