Terms of Use

The simple agreement behind this little garden

Wandering into PetalPath means agreeing to the few points below. They're written to match what this actually is: a free, gentle maze puzzle with nothing to buy and nothing to win beyond the satisfaction of reaching the bloom.

What you're agreeing to

PetalPath is offered at no cost. There's no premium tier, no currency, and no mechanic anywhere that exchanges real money for in-game advantage. By playing, you're accepting these terms in their current form.

What the game involves

You guide a small sprout through a procedurally generated hedge maze to reach a bloom tile. That's the entirety of the gameplay loop — no combat, no chance-based wagering, and no element where outcomes are staked against anything of value.

PetalPath contains no randomized-reward purchases, no real-money exchange of any kind, and no system resembling a wager. Each maze is freely regenerated and freely re-attempted.

Acceptable use

Play PetalPath for your own enjoyment, as many times as you like. Please don't attempt to scrape or repackage the underlying maze-generation code for commercial resale, automate solving through external scripts in a way that disrupts the service, or otherwise interfere with normal operation of the page.

Ownership of the work

The visual design, the maze-generation approach, the artwork, and the overall presentation belong to the people who built PetalPath. Playing grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to enjoy the experience — it doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

No promises of perfection

We've tested PetalPath across common browsers and devices, but we can't guarantee flawless behaviour everywhere. If a maze ever generates oddly or the page misbehaves, refreshing typically resolves it — there's no lasting consequence either way.

Limits on liability

To whatever extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect issues stemming from your use of this free experience. Given that nothing financial changes hands, our practical exposure is intentionally minimal.

Updates

We might adjust PetalPath's mazes, visuals, or these terms as time goes on. Continuing to play after a change means you're comfortable with the current version.
